Real time Exchange Rate (how to get it)

I have a customer from Canada - most of his customers are in YankLand (the states). Anyone know of a soap service or similar I can use to get the current exchange rate? I could just scrape one of the many exchange rate sites and parse the data, but it would be more robust and cooler to do it right. Of coarse I want to do it free

and it came back with

Which I think is correct.

Can I ask if the SOAP currency converter is using real-time rates?

Wonder where is their source though...I need the currency conversion from usa to singapore only, and I am looking for a way to retrieve the real-time rates...

Any help?..
