Concerning the Gold Plan when it says 45 User Accounts Free does this mean only 45 users have their own control panel?

What exactly cant the users do without a control panel? Will they still be able to go into MS SQL Enterprise manager etc?

Yes, within the Plan fee you can have 45 Control Panels without costing anything extra. Each additional panel is $ 0.50 per month.

To manage MS SQL, EM interface is provided within CP.

The only thing that is possible without CP, individual FTP access to each domain. Support creates FTP users on request and free of charge.
