Reseller Question: Server Patching & Customer Service

Hi,

A couple of questions regarding your reselling packages that I've not found answers to via the FAQ or forums.

1 - SLA on patching Servers etc.

I can't see any information that tells me a SLA or commitment to patching servers to avoid exploits, virus etc. Can you outline the approach employed?

2 - Customer Support.

Where are the folk based that would receive the calls from customers?

Patches/Virus - We have team of in-house system administrators who constantly update servers against virus and secuirty holes etc.

Customer Support - All phones are handled in our 24x7x365 Support Center in New Delhi. LiveChat/Tickets are answered from New Delhi and Miami Florida both but mostly from New Delhi.
 
BTW, we do not offer phone support to end users of resellers, just wanting to make that clear, it is ticket support only that we offer to reseller end users.
