Retailer Access to Client Restore files

I just had a client tell me they wiped out part of a file, so I requested help desk to restore the file so I can compare and correct. I am sure they will do it soon...

My question / suggestion would be that, as Retailers, to have access to the archives so we could go in and find the correct file (so if my client didn't know what day they screwed it up, I could check several w/o having to annoy tech support so much).

Is this remotely possible in the future? Or, does your back-up process preclude having individual clients able to be seperated out?

No this is not even rmeotely possible, and not something we would even want to be honest, allowing clients access to the backup files means it is a extra level of security breech that may be possible in a worst case scenerio.
