Reverse DNS lookup

Do we have it setup? ISP was asking since many mails are being blocked outgoing and said it wan not setup right. Also seems yahoo mails arent making it to the accounts set up here.
 
rDNS is available for all mailserver and for WinServers win15,win17,win18,win19,win20. Yahoo! certainely seems to be placing global rate limits on per IP basis and next introduces a delay, for their free email accounts.
 
Just to spare a new post...

We are having problems getting specific emails from places like ebay and anything at all from paypal etc. Do you have filters going that could be blocking this?

We get mail from some addresses at ebay and not from others at ebay.

I did have the spam filter on but removed it some time back, could something have remained residual?
 
I've honestly not seen any such issue with ebay or paypal. I receive my paypal emails just fine, and jodohost.com gets alot of paypal emails each day without issue.
With regards to the filter, please open a ticket regarding that. What you can also do is white-list those specific paypal or ebay email addresses
