Hi,
I don't use ruby personally, but I see it is gaining popularity.

Has Jodo intentions to provide it or it's hands are, as always, tide by HSphere?

Hsphere 3.1 claims to support it. This version is still in early beta. Once we get to this version of Hsphere and have reports of Ruby working fine on it, we will sure consider it. We planned to look at doing it in a custom way, but since it is going to be offered officially(in Hsphere) in nearest future, it makes sense to be a bit patient on this.

I have not even seen the beta 3.1 version yet.

H-Sphere 3.1 and up includes support for Ruby on Rails via FastCGI. However, before enabling it in hosting plans, administrators need to manually install Ruby on Rails on their Unix Web servers
