Seeking critique

ok I like the design but see an issue at least on firefox.

The left menu look sgood, but each page starts well below it to the right on the text content.

I really noticed it on the Team page, where it starts very low.

now here is what is odd about it, I force control f5 refresh, and it loads properly.

I am not sure where the error lies but it is a bit odd.
 
I am glad you experienced that, because it does not happen in IE, Opera, Safari and Chrome. Nobody from the client side reported the issue. I started thinking it is something with my FF, which is enriched with some plug-ins. Thought they messed it up.

All I can think of it must be the way FF processes floating divs, as the menu sits in div floating to the left and the content box is not floating, just making space for the menu box with margin-left. I have quite a few sites with this divs arrangement and only this one is showing this phenomena.

It could be an addon, I have a load of them, let me try safe mode and check it out.

ok even in safe mode it has the error.

In addition to that I tried in K-Meleon and it renders perfectly using the same mozilla render engine, so it isn't the rendering engine at fault some likely something in Firefox 3.0.6
 
Thanks for checking. Jyst FYI, I have still FF 1.5.0.12 on older PC and it does the same thing. Same randomness and same frequency.
 
Thanks, liming. I don't think I ever made a site with a logo linking to the homepage. This must be a mental block or something... I see your point, though, will make this adjustment in some free moment.
