Hi,
I've been having a problem lately when sending mail to one of my mailing lists. It seems that delivery of messages from mailing lists to AOL users is severely delayed. Email is taking about three days to be delivered to AOL users. This problem has been going on for several months now and I have yet to see any improvement. I opened my first ticket in June.
I've opened a few tickets on the issue, and I have included the headers in the most recent ticket. I believe the ticket number is FOX-56604-248.
I've been with JodoHost since 2003 and I hate to have to go elsewhere, but one of the primary reasons I have the hosting for this organization is to send emails to mailing lists and I have not been able to do that effectively for several months now.
Could you please help me in getting this problem solved?
