Signup under Admin user

If you mean "Signup -> signup", it means you are creating another user account under the same username. If you create such an account, next time you login to your admin account you will get a choice of which account you want to work on. This is also applicable as is for user accounts, where once username can have mutiple accounts of different types (they all will be counted as seperate CP).
