So Far...Frustrated...

Placed an order through the JodoHost website but when the payment page came up and I chose to pay by paypal, it gave some error. Because of this I click on the Live Chat button and speak with Ravi where he advices me to send manual payment by paypal to their account and I did so but he just left the session which was weird.

Tried calling the toll free number over 5 times but the line is always busy which seems weird as well since it says 24/7 Sales.

I just hope everything goes smoothly from here on and I get my account details.
 
The phone uses VOIP which gives some errors at times if there are any connection issues.
