I'm having an issue with email being marked as spam that is coming from addresses that I have on my whitelist. I have one friend who's email is always marked as spam no matter what and his address in on my whitelist. Is there any reason this would happen?
Hi Jonyah - odd snag. Have you tried fiddling with all the settings to see what happens - I think specific settings for a mailbox over ride global default ones, so maybe your global ones are being over ridden by a more severe one specific to the mailbox in question ??
