I've read alot about your troubles with email, and I'm curious that my Outlook client auto junked the 2 messages from [email protected].
Are these mail problems systemic?
I have not configured outlook to filter you. Outlook claims to filter messages that it "suspects" to be junk email or is on my filters.
 
I do not know what email problems you are referring to. All emails are being delivered from our email system without any issues.

I'm surprised why Outlook junked your two sales emails. I suggest you re-check your filter settings
