Spam system

Hi,

Is there a help file on how to set up the spam system now that it has changed (is the new system called DSPAM?). I'm getting lots of people letting me that they cannot email our domain. When I add the emails to the white list, they still get refused.

Any ideas? Is there anything I can do?

I have it set to go into a spam email folder which I check every week. I'm just wondering if there is any way to train DSPAM?

submit a ticket within 2-3 days of the mail coming in that has the dspam signature(it will be in the headers) and then the status of if it is SPAM or NOT SPAM.
