Spamcop blacklisted this SMTP server today - specifically the IP 173.0.136.173. Since it is a shared resource, it is difficult to remove the blacklisting without it being re-added.
 
It is due to one spammer who has injected large number of spam.We have blocked SMTP access of offending domain.It should be resolve in next 12-24 hours, as Spamcop periodically updates database.
