SQL backup?

I have a MSSQL database which is added to reguallarly as it is the back bone of my message board.

I was just wondering, how often do you carry out backups on the SQL databases? And in the event of a failure or a user error, how quickly can these be called upon (on average)?

Als, is there a method for a user to download a backup for storage and less importantly, intergation locally?

Hello,

Its done nightly same as other backups, there is no means for you to get it, but you can send a ticket and we will get it over to you.
