SSL Cert intermediate certificate

I've just installed 2 SSL certs on 2 of my domains. These are GeoTrust certs. The problem is I get an error when viewing using Firefox. Everythnig is fine with IE, Chrome and Safari. A check on the net says I need to install an intermediate certificate for the ssl certs to work with Firefox. Is this something I can do? If so, how do you do it. If it's not something I can do from my reseller control panel, can someone there install the intermediate certificate for GeoTrust Certs?

Please open a support ticket with mention domains name. we will check it.

It is something we are required to do, one improtant thing is to make sure you note to us which type of cert you are using, some of the companies have multiple levels with different server side required certificates.
