I have a support ticket (EMS-27004-926) open and I need for it to be a higher priority.
Long story short (or at least not as long as the full story), support hasn't been able to install the SSL certificate (and all the reissued certificates). Instead of using the hsphere admin, which wasn't working, I got another reissue of the certificate using one of my work servers which is the way I know how to do it. I tested it and all the SSL info is correct so I exported it out as a .pfx file and attached it to that support ticket. This is how the original certificate was installed when we moved our hosting to jodohost.
The reason for urgency though is that we've already lost a weeks worth of sales and cannot afford another weekend of lost sales. Also, every time I submitted a new certificate to be installed, support would take 30-48 hours to respond. We cannot afford to wait that long this time.
Please install the new SSL soon! Thanks!
