We just has a weird case of about 30 tickets going into a crazy loop saying clients replied multiple times each. If you have a ticket that shows you replied the same thing over and over, this is why. We didn't delete replies or tamper with tickets, but we did close those tickets out to allow focus on real live tickets. We apologize for this, and it only impacted a few clients, but wanted to let you know that we are aware and have resolved if you see tickets with multi replies. You may also get a couple new ticket confirmations to your inbox, as some of them created new tickets of the same issue, you can simply ignore these. If you have a real need for reply to these tickets, you can reopen them as needed, we didn't close them to prevent your replies or not help you.
