SUPPORT TICKET is not working

i log-on into the CP and created a new ticket.
but when i click on SUBMIT, i got err message:

Unknown template : 'submit/tt/new_tt_save.sbm'


how can i contact SUPPORT?
are we able to create our own FTP account yet?

Some times During the final Phase of Backup operations You may encounter this message(probability 1%).But you can retry creating the ticket, and other than ticket we have some more options for client support and they are:
