Support ticket not working

Hello , I'm trying to send a ticket via the vps support center but I always get the message "Error: No id provided" when I try to submit it.

Also my question, may be of use to others so I'll post it here:

Is it possible to downgrade from VPS Silver to VPS Value ?
Is it possible to remove Plesk Power pack
 
In fact it gave me that error but did send the ticket, hence my multiple tickets as I pressed submit a few times. :)

Tickets are working, we got about 10 of them :D

Not sure why this error is happening but we know when someone sends via the site and not email :)

Last 2 days we have been trying to find whats going on without much success, however it hasn't really impacted the work except cleaning out excess tickets, you still get replies and can reply properly.

It is possible to downgrade, I am really not sure on removing Power Pack I will need to ask SWSoft on it
