Support ticket?

    I used to send email to techsupport at jodohost.com and there was an immediate acknowledgement. Today I sent email and there has been no ack. Is it being monitored? Has it changed?

    Yes, this is the correct mail id and being monitored all the time. You must have received a ticket id in your mail account. If not then we request you to send an email again or you can also raise support ticket from contact page of our website. You can also come on live chat from our website JodoHost.com home page.
