Is it just me or has Jodohost Support dissappeared?
Not returning emails
Not replying to my support ticket
Not answering the phone
Live Support UNAVAILABLE

Very frustrated and in need of SUPPORT!

We are available 24x7x365. We have been receiving phone calls continuously so if you are not able to reach us, try the other numbers. There are 4 different numbers listed.

Above all. We have a ticket system. Please use the ticket system. If you didnt get a response to your ticket, email [email protected]

Also, our staff has spend many hours working and looking into your issues (your recent DNN issue especially) so saying that we are unresponsive and have poor support is quite incorrect

The reason for not responding to tickets is not because we were ignoring you, but because I work on emergencies on the weekends, and the ticket was in my personal queue. I have now learned that if I have a ticket in my queue on friday night I need to move it over to the system queue so everyone can see it. When a ticket is in my queue, no other support can see the ticket. I am sorry about the problem there.
