Support?

Hi Guys,

I am currently with another host that is not providing me with a good level of support. I see that you site has a link for live chat which doesn't seem to work. Do you have a 24/7 phone number? How quickly are issues answered? Do you have an SLA?

Response times depend on what sort of issue you have. It can take under an hour or upto 4 or 5 hours. If we have to talk to a 3rd party to address your issue, it could take longer. But normally customers get answers within that time frame. We are working to reduce this time frame to under 3 hours by the end of this month by having more staff on night shift

Our SLA is mainly for uptime.
 
May I ask for clarification on one of kiwipaul's questions? Will your 'live chat' ever work?
 
Yes, it will. Our web designer is trying to figure out how to link up phplive on the home page. The thing is that phplive requires you to put an image and that would mess up our current layout. We'll fix this, sorry about that
