I noticed JodoHost offers a number of scripts and tools which I'm really more interested in now than the hosting package itself

Had a could of questions if I signed up for Basic Windows:

1) Would I get unlimited access to the dhtml/flash menu generators as well as the other goodies at http://webmastertoolkit.jodohost.com?
2) Will I get unlimited access to use SiteStudio? Can I remove the PSOFT copyright sign that is generated below?
3) Will I be able to customize your chat script. Talking about this one in particular - http://winscripts.jodohost.com/cp/scripts/ASP/chat/default.asp
