Switching e-mail to new cluster

Hello,

Please forgive me if this is a silly question. When my account is moved to the new cluster, will I have to check two separate e-mail servers for a few days like when I switched hosts, or will the e-mail switch be transparent to myself and my other domain e-mail accounts?
