tickets issue

I'm sending tickets by email to [email protected] from yesterday and I have no response to it. I have not received any email about ticket creation. I think your ticket systems is not working fine with tickets received by email

I have tested, getting auto reply, shows up and there is not even a large ticket queue right now so easy to see and check here.

Getting automated replies is ok.. But the RESPONSE times to tickets keeps us worrying..

with migrations it has made a lot of tickets, reply times will be slow until peopel change hard coded IPs of SQL servers they have making issues.
 
Yes, the users need to use the SQL Host names instead of IPs..

apart from the above, we are also facing issues on these :

1. Folder Permissions are missing

2. Internal mailings (that use ASP, asp.net) to send messages from websites have stopped working.

We have ticket RS #EOQ-25010-645 with this issue.
Sending mail using server.createobject("CDO.MESSAGE") in asp.net 1.1 doesn't need user/password to work
