Too much SPAM

I move all our customers to a Win VPS.

Before we have under a reseller account with not anti-spam support and was more or less bad.

But today is worse than before... My personal mail get 20-50 spams daily (I train it several times... However some times the training fail).

I open a ticket but my two tickets was lost (is very common this... why the ticket system behave this way?)

Any idea in how lower the spam rate? One of my clients reports 400 SPAMs from pass weekend....

On the WIN VPS you can change the mailenable config to use RBLs that will assist some, you can add spamhaus and spamhaus xbl and it will cut a good 20% of spam off and also save bandwidth by disallowing connections, you may also consider using Spamcop as a RBL and it will further cut the amount of spam by as much as 50% but it has more false positives that won't allow some legit mail in at times.
 
There is no tutorial that I know of, let me see if I can get you at least text directions on doing this in the next 24 hours.
