Unable to login to control panel

I can't login to the control panel, it says my username doesn't exist, yet I can click forgot password and it emails me my password, so I know my username exists. I just used it last night.

What's up?
 
CP is working fine. Please contact support either though Live Chat or by opening a ticket.

Didn't the guy say he couldn't access the CP? How can he open a ticket then? Live Chat would be his only option!
