VPS AOL email bounce backs

I'm getting AOL bounce backs with a generic error:

"Mail Server for aol.com could not accept your email at this time"

In searching the forum I've seen 3 things that might cause this:

1) No fully qualified domain name. - I looked in mailenable and there is a default domain set so I don't think it's this.

2) rDNS not set

3) SPX not set.

I'm not sure what 2 & 3 really do and which needs to be set. I understand that you need to set 2 and while I supposedly can set 3 myself I couldn't find the option in Pleske.

Do you know which I need set to get email through to AOL?

2. We need to set and most likley cause, we will need you to email us with the mapping you want/need.
3. SPF records can be made in DNS editor of Plesk.

I'll put in a ticket for 2.

Can I do it for both my VPSs on one ticket?

If I understand correctly the mapping will be one domain put IP?

you can do both in one ticket sure just be sure to specify the IPs as such, and domains to map to, yes one per IP.
