VPS down

Our VPS is down. This happened 3 weeks ago. I also opened a ticket, but I'm wondering why I don't see other people complaining about this, since I can't be the only one affected.

Not sure what server/cluster this is on. Best I can tell you is "HyperVPS Value - win1" is what it says on the latest invoice.

This VPS has been running for 9 years.

My notes from 9 years ago when it was setup says it is HVM18

Control panel site does not open... says:

We posted about this on facebook, I forgot to post here on the forums, my fault.

Your VPS was down because it did not reboot properly, it was resolved but you'd be best to open a ticket or live chat in this case to get it resolved the fastest!
