VPS reboot causes MySQL MyISAM tables to corrupt.

It happens on every scheduled maintenance.
How can I configure MySQL to close gracefully when a shutdown is being performed?

odd, the processes should be closing gracefully. I will report this to SWsoft it is the first I have seen any issue on it.
