Vshare - Can I host this script on jodohosts

I have a client who requires a youtube style account setting up and have seen this script and want to know what issues it causes and if they can be addressed

You wont find all those extra binaries on Linux hosting. Uploads are also on a much higher side. Can try on a VPS.
