We are needing to do urgent maintenance on vz22 for the RAID array. The server is responding but is at risk if we do not reboot it and check it out further. We will be taking it down now to check it.

ok, so this isn't going too great, we got SMART event errors on both drives of the booting array, and were working to swap out and rebuild the array hoping to prevent any unexpected outages beyond this reboot, but for the few clients still on the 2003 Virtuozzo VPSes, it seems the time is really coming to an end. It isn't booting up, and we're working on it but it isn't a fast process.

This has been limping along without updates for sometime, we've made free upgrades and EOL announcements multiple times along with moves to hyper-v, but the time has come that it may be ending on its own. We can't relicense it on another node, because it is not even in the Virtuozzo license catalog for over 2 years now, and changing hardware changed the validation codes.

    1. We still have copied of data on multiple drives. We will be able to access data.
    2. We are working to repair to make it limp a little longer, but we will be working with you to move data elsewhere.
    3. There are only a small amount, 4 or 5, VPSes affected, this is a very small amount of clients, and we'll work on finding a new place for them, but not on the outdated windows 2003 or virtuozzo servers.

In all reality, we are looking at 24-36 hours here before data is restored to other locations for these servers.

Good progress is made so far, we've also taken some backup images of the drives just as a failsafe. But still quite a long time before any VPS is up, we will likely try to start them an move data with them live.

These VPS services are all up for over an hour now. We are working to move data to Hyper-V and 2008+ servers. This server node is not going to last that long, and we have a major issue even getting hard drives for it as you can't get non Advanced Format hard drives these days, and windows 2003 can't use AF drives.
