We shall do urgent maintenance on web 5 server as we faced slowness issues in past two days. We have server ready to make it live and need to switch it from old to new.

For this we will need to stop WEB 5 and then will do up the new server causing which it may have small downtime. We'll further update once the process will be started.
 
Because of running backup task the server move process has been delayed. Once it'll be complete , we'll start the move process.
 
We're starting the final sync with the server and due to which we've to stop the ftp service on the web 5 server.
 
We have started the move process from old to new node. During the process web service has been down for now.
 
Due to having Segmentation fault in apache config file, apache (web service) is not coming up. We have raised ticket on parallels for the concern.
 
Web service has been running on (apache 1) for now from past 30 min. or so and all sites are working on web5 fine. However, working with parallels to be up on (apache 2). We'll further update here once it'll be done.
 
Web services (on apache2) is up and running fine on Web 5 since yesterday after parallels had fixed the issue on it. We are further monitoring it.
