Web-9 not responding - Restored

I am here in the datacenter for a prior plan (windows updates), but changing focus now to web9, as it seems this machine that was not on the virtual machine, or cloud systems has a major issue in booting up. The RAID is showing degraded, which happens sometimes, but the kernel is panic'ing very early in the process here ad not booting.
 
We are moving the web9 server a node level now where it is in a virutal machine instead of hardware machine. We'd have been through with this already if we had such on the machine. There are a few hardware machines out and about in the network now but most have been moved to VM or cloud setup.
This is being treated like restore process at this point.
 
Web9 was rebooted to get quotas going, and fixing on issue in it to get them up, so web9 currently not up.
 
Server is up and all the services are running fine now, quota is still having an issue but we will wait till tonight for reboot again.
