Web mail down? Pop mail just fine

Anyone else having problems with users connecting to
mail.domain.com but pop mail still working fine?
I just started having complaints that no one can get into
webmail, and I verified on all of my domains that is the case,
however pop mail is working just fine.

Were there any configuration changes that needed to be made
due to the upgrades you guys just did?
