Web2 disk full? Support down?

Sorry to post in here, but I cannot get to the cerebus help desk, keeps timing out.

Is web2 full? I keep getting no space on device errors from FTP There is masses of allowance on the customers account)

Server and support site both are working fine now.

Web2 is still short of disk space ie. I'm still getting "Transfer aborted. No space left on device" when I try to upload anything.
