Webalizer options. Are there any?

I suspect I already know the answer to this, but are there any options that can be set for Webalizer, other than On/Off? I'd like to either rename the directory (or make it inaccessible to the general public), or turn off some directories that it includes. I tried the former, but just ended up losing my previous month's stats when the webalizer directory was automatically recreated.

There are some directories/files I'd rather not make public and I don't need to see any stats for them.
