webmail issue due to MTA's poor reputation

but we are getting emails rejected due to a MTA's poor reputation (only sending from Webmail).

In fact , in this link, you can check thatwebmail01.myhsphere.biz and webmail02.myhsphere.biz has POOR ( Yesterday was poor only for one of then, today both)
 
We have identified an issue in Roundcube webmail's way of handling IMAP responses from a specific server software that we use. This has been patched, and we now await reputation correction, which should happen auto.
