webshell archive utility on win servers

Will the archive utility available via webshell ever function correctly on cl2 windows servers? Works fine on linux but not on windows

Webshell archive utility is not working on cl1 windows servers also ... It always gives error about creating zip files under temp folders and gives up , so I assume this is not cluster specific , it does not want to work on windows servers

That si weird because I see temp files for it all the time, it must just give up, I will see what happens on the next version of Hsphere.

It does work on some windows cl2 servers ticket JH #OWX-68538-117 has details of the web server that I experienced this issue with, support have passed it on to senior techs.
Many customers web designers use this to decompress or backup sites outside of ftp it's a bit of a negative as a reseller for some customers when this utility isn't available in fact i see many web designers read graphic designers that only know how to do things this way as crazy as that sounds.
