Website down. Trouble tickets down

If it was DNS, it was possibly quite widespread, but it looked more like routing by the graphs, I do notice on the graphs a tapering off of traffic that is 'normal' for that time but a few such possibly abnormal, which may have been first signs of routing trouble.
These forums are off server, and the DNS for them is with cloudflare, JH site is as well (behind cloudflare) but the actual site is here in our network. I was on my mobile and getting at times a down message for the forums here, and this server is in Utah, not even 'close' to Texas where servers are.
