Website Review - Web design company

i'm by no means an expert, but can possibly give some suggestions that might help...
- main page is way too cluttered with text and looks almost messy and disorganised. Might want to search the web for established web-design companies' websites and make a comparison.
- your important menus are all at the bottom. Suggest to put them in left or right menus so that visitors can assess them without having to scroll down. Sometimes, visitors never get that far.
- hosting plan packages display is not too attractive. Can easily refer to how other web-hosting companies display their web-hosting plans & main highlights right on the main page.

Take what you think are good and discard the rest =)
