What is "Reseller Amount?"

On March 8th I was suddenly billed $.50 each for 7 different Accounts/Domains The $.50 for each account shows under a column called "Reseller Amount" (I have Silverhost plan with lots of space and room for accouts left) Can someone tell me what that is for and why I am suddenly being charged that?

(I have also sent an email to billing @ asking about that as well but haven't heard back yet)

.50 sounds like extra cp accounts, but I don't know that for sure will point it out to sales and billing so they can check it.

I had one of these on 18th May, apparently associated with a little-used account that is a year old. (Email sent, but no response yet.)
