When my account had been up again???

    I Have pay from paypal yesterday but my account and my domain still suspended. On Friday I Have E-mail to support why my bill only $2 but have no response, but on monday 12 my domain had been suspended. Please Up my account immediatly because I have to send email with my domain. I'm waiting in 3 hours. Still waiting

    Billing has resumed your account.

    Billing credits your payment to your account manually. Therefore it is better to pay invoice 1-2 days before deadline.

    In your control panel under billing you have choice to pay any amount at any time. Also it is important to read email invoices carefully. If something is not clear or questionable, please contact us immediately.

    Also Billing has checked all support tickets but did not find your ticket to resume account. It becomes extremely difficult to get account information without user name or ID. Therefore sending a ticket with user name or ID ensures expeditious action.
