where is webmail?

hi guys. whats the URL for logging into webmail for my site? www.whatever.com.
IE; for the users to log in to, w/o going thru admin login.

thanks, thats great. just took me a few to realise that my username is the entire email

also: any chance of getting Hebrew (Windows) encoding as one of the options? some of my users may need it. thanks!
