Why still Orlando?

It's been over a year since my VPS was migrated to Waco, yet still every single load testing service, speed test, or WHOIS still says my server is located in Orlando. Why is this?
 
We are in Waco, our corporation is in Orlando, so sometimes the IP GEO locates to there, instead of the server location.
