Win-32 FTP users may have denied on upload, or unable to login

To be fully clear on this matter, FTP is working to show files but denied on uploading new files for some, and others may not be able to login. It seems some of the settings are invalid for the FTP config, and we are trying to work a way to fix them in large amount or even work with a manual config.
 
Upload denied issue can be solved with ticket, also if FTP does not allow login we can resolve it now without Parallels, although we still wish them to check why we need to make these steps as the tool did not make correctly.
