Win10 iis hanging today, applying patch

We are having an issue with win10 hanging there is a hotfix that fixes the matter when it happens, the fix is applying now.
 
The patch/hotfix install taking a bit longer than anticipated, but not abnormally long as I just looked back to the win27 install we did this on, and it too took some time to complete.
 
DONE. Hsphere process was holding the DLLs needing to update hostage, I had to kill the hsphere process to make it continue.
