Win15 RAID rebuild, something happened during HD change.

Win15 has had a drive fail, we put in a new drive to prevent any problems and ping has gone down. we are checking it now.

we have rebooted it, and the new hd was not working on this server making it hang up on reboot. I have removed the HD and rebooted again it is coming up.
The RAID is degraded but should be up in the next 3 minutes time.
We are working to find why it rejected the HD that we put in and will work to get the raid rebuilt ASAP.

chkdsk is running now, so iis did not come up.
 
Server is up and we are checking Hare Drive issue and will post a time, when we put in new Hard Drive.
