Win15 responding slow

Win15 is currently responding slow to all http requests, We are looking in to this.

It is fine now, our windows admin still having a watch on this.

We found this was not for the full server just a couple of sites which we have moved now. The server looks fine now.

Again Win15 IIS is going slow. We are checking it.

It's responding much better now. we are still looking in to it.
